The City of Bellingham is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional design services for Water Treatment Plant Filter Improvements for the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. All interested parties are invited to submit their qualifications related to this category of work. Federally funded projects will adhere to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's bid portal.
