Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the procurement and turnkey installation of a commercial walk-in freezer at 1035 Norway Avenue, Huntington, WV. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required; failure to attend will result in disqualification. All vendors must be registered with the West Virginia Secretary of State and must provide required documentation including W-9, insurance, and affidavits. All work is to be completed within 120 days of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages may be assessed for failure to meet the timeline. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
