Description

Demolition for a multi-residential development in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development.

Qualified contractors are sought to provide sealed bids for the demolition and necessary asbestos abatement prior to the demolition of two single-family dwellings at 1175 Norway Ave and 1161 Norway Ave near Huntington, WV. Contractors or their designee must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid. An asbestos inspection report for the sites will be provided at the meeting. Bids for demolition and necessary asbestos abatement must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the date and time due on the outside of the envelope, to the Cabell County Commission. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Bid documents will be made available to the attendees at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 2nd, 2026.
