Perley Health, with support from Kadus Group Inc. acting as Owner’s Representative, invites submissions from qualified Construction Management firms to provide Construction Management services for the Perley Health Long-Term Care Expansion Project. This is a public, competitive process intended to identify a shortlist of highly qualified proponents to proceed to a subsequent Request for Proposals stage. The scope includes the development of a new six-storey Long-Term Care facility with approximately 120 beds, integrated within the existing campus on Russell Road in Ottawa, Ontario. The project must be delivered within a live, operational healthcare environment, requiring expertise, coordination, and sensitivity, particularly regarding complex phasing, logistics, and Infection Prevention & Control. Emphasis is placed on cost certainty, schedule control, transparency, and collaboration. The project is advancing through Site Plan Approval and design development.
