Site work for a library in Alta, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
Furnish all traffic control, labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and associated incidentals required for the installation of parking lot expansion and ADA ramp repair. The project generally consists of installing pit run subbase, crushed gravel base, area drain, asphalt pavement, concrete ADA ramp repair and associated incidentals. Bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Required are a Bid Form, Bid Security with Power of Attorney, and Wyoming Residency certification (if applicable). Bids are received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids must be accompanied by a money order, certified check, or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount. The successful Bidder must provide a 100% performance and payment bond. A five percent Bid preference applies to Wyoming Resident Contractors, and compliance with the Preference for State Laborers / Wyoming Preference Act of 1971 is required. Resident contractor certification must be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, irregularities and to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of Teton County.
