Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes, but is not limited to, the abatement and demolition of the existing school (31,200 SF) and three modulars with associated foundations, selective site demolition of sidewalks, curb and gutter and landscape. Import fill from a nearby site for the school pad. The construction of a new 80,315 SF kindergarten through fourth grade elementary school. This project will also include playground equipment, activity fields, parking lot, and new landscape. See Summary Section 01 10 00.
