The Cheyenne Regional Airport Board is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering consulting firms for project-specific and on-call services under the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program and for in-house, non-grant eligible projects. Services required include architectural, environmental and stormwater consulting, demolition of abandoned buildings, hangar development, general civil and electrical engineering, equipment acquisition, and survey services and property acquisition. Contractors must also apply for and secure FAA and State of Wyoming grant funding for these projects. All design and engineering services must comply with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines, and the selection process will follow FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy (one original, five copies, and a USB stick copy) in a sealed package with specified labeling, received by the stated deadline. Electronic submissions are not accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to award one or more contracts if in its best interest, and may expand the contract to other projects as needed. Submission of a proposal does not obligate the Board to award a contract or pay any proposal preparation costs.
