Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 54,265-square-foot municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The City of Cheyenne in Cheyenne, Wyoming is seeking proposals from qualified construction companies for construction management at risk services and the construction of the Municipal Building Renovation and potential City Council Building and Second Floor Municipal Court Renovation. Services will include general building and site construction for the Cheyenne Municipal Building Renovation upon approval of voters with 6th Penny Funding. The project also includes the potential renovation of the old Senior Activity Center to become the new City Council Building, as well as tenant improvements for the Second Floor of the Municipal Court. Proposals must address these scope elements for consideration. This project will consist of three separate buildings, renovated in succession with potential overlapping schedules, located on separate parcelsin Cheyenne.
