Proposers are encouraged to become familiar with the Professional Services, Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Services Procurement Act (W.S. 923-101 through 923-107) as it relates to the services requested. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in proposals, reject any or all proposals, and to accept proposals deemed in the best interest of Laramie County School District Number One. The Owner is not bound to accept the lowest cost proposal.
