Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a power facility; power facility; power facility; military facility; and power facility.
The scope of work consists of the design and construction of a secure microgrid system for the Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex. This system includes a 1-megawatt photovoltaic solar array, 4 megawatts of natural gas generators, and a 300kW/300kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to provide redundant electrical loads, along with a 9,500 million BTU geothermal field for resilient and redundant HVAC loads. The system is designed to provide islanding capabilities for the installation, ensuring mission critical facilities remain operational during outages for up to 14 days. Instructions to bidders: Statements of Qualifications must be submitted online via Public Purchase for consideration. Proposals must be on State of Wyoming forms and submitted through the Public Purchase site. Questions must be submitted through Public Purchase by the specified deadline. It is the proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for addenda or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. All responses must be fully uploaded by the stated deadline, or they will be deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. Questions: All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website. Questions must be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. MT on April 20, 2026, through the Public Purchase on-line bidding system. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered.
