The project includes the replacement of the public address and audio-visual systems at the Combined Laboratories in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The scope consists of the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of public address and audio-visual systems and associated infrastructure. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on the required State of Wyoming forms will be considered. Bidding questions must be submitted on the Public Purchase website by the specified deadline. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the Public Purchase website for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid must include a deposit of ten percent of the total bid amount, in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check from a reliable bank, or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Original documents must be received in the Procurement Office by the deadline if applicable. All bids must be signed and uploaded through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the specified deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Registration on the Public Purchase website is required to participate. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for bid consideration; bidders must sign the attendance sheet at the meeting and must represent the company they are employed by.
