Constructing roadway improvements along Jack Springs Road under Contract 1 in Escambia County, AL. The proposed work must be performed in conformity with the rules and regulations for carrying out the NSFLTP Grant Program, the Federal Highway Act, and related acts. Compliance with the Buy America Act is required. The project is subject to the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act and the Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements.
