Renovation of a fire / police facility in Atmore, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Proposals are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Contract Documents, and must include all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and appurtenances necessary to schedule, coordinate, furnish and install the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, Specifications, Addenda, and Bid Documents. The work generally consists of the following: renovations and upgrades to the existing Fire Station # 2 including, but not limited to, exterior metal siding system, exterior concrete replacement, waterproofing coating the existing masonry exterior walls, adding additional canopies, exterior insulation and vapor barrier system. Proposals must be submitted on the standard Bid Form furnished by the Owner and included in the Contract Documents under Section 00 41 13 Bid Form. Proposals must be accompanied by a copy of the Contractor's State of Alabama General Contractor License and a copy of the Contractor's Certificates of Insurance as required by the Contract Documents. One (1) original copy of the proposal along with accompanying documentation is required. Envelopes containing proposals must be marked, sealed, and delivered as noted Bid Documents. No bid documents will be distributed later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled opening of bids. All questions or clarification requests must be sent by email to Brad Davis, The Architects Group, bdavis@tagarchitects.net, with cc to Tracy Bottjer, Procurement Officer, at tbottjer@pci-nsn.gov, Joshua Burkett at jburkett@pcinsn.gov, Jason Rackard at jrackard@pci-nsn.gov, Crystal Hadley at chadley@pci-nsn.gov, Jennifer Reynolds at jreynolds@pci-nsn.gov, Addie McGhee at amcghee@pcinsn.gov, no later than March 04, 2026. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued to the email addresses on file. The entire project shall be completed in ONE HUNDRED NINETY (190) calendar days. Proposals must also be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Cashier's Check(drawn on an Alabama bank) or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount (maximum - $50,000.00) and made payable to Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Contractors bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors must be properly licensed under provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34, Code of Alabama, 1975 as amended. Bidders must include a copy of his/her current license with the proposal and must clearly display the license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope or the bid may be considered nonresponsive and may not be considered by the Owner. Indian preference shall be offered to certified businesses in accordance with Titles 33 and 37 of the Tribal Code of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.
