The project scope includes the demolition of furniture, with most ceiling tiles having been previously removed. Any remaining items on site are to be disposed of by the Demolition General Contractor (GC). All removal and disposal of debris must be done exclusively through two open windows on the west side next to the stairs, using an existing temporary ramp and platform. A dumpster with a chute will be located below these two windows. The contractor is responsible for all costs associated with the dumpster, removal, and fees, as well as cleaning the area around the dumpsters.
