It is proposed to receive bids for Pickle Ball Courts to be located at 231 US Route 209, Huguenot, NY 12746. The bid shall include one contract for this project. All sealed bids must be marked as specified and delivered to the Town Clerk’s Office by the deadline. The bidder is responsible for all quantities and measurements, and a pre-bid meeting and site walk-through is strongly recommended. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified bank check for 10% of the bid amount as a guarantee. The successful bidder must furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon Act apply, along with requirements for labor standards, nondiscrimination, and participation by minority and women-owned businesses. The contract will obligate compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. Documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprise solicitations and commitments must be submitted with the bid. Withdrawal of bids is restricted, and the Town reserves rights regarding bid acceptance or rejection. Bidders must execute a non-collusion certificate. No interpretations of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or others pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally.
