SPECIFICATION o 4 Exterior doors o North side: 1 doors w/o window o East side: 1 doors w/window o South side: 2 doors w/o windows o Approximate size frame to frame: 40 x 89 o Existing doors are to come down and be replaced o 16GA 5-3/4" Welded Masonry Frames w/ 2" Head - Elec. Strike Prep o 18GA Hollow Metal Doors Prepped for Mortise Lockset o Select Concealed Surface Continuous Hinge (Clear) o The Threshold is to be replaced o Any Masonry work MUST be included. o Hardware to be replaced (besides DSX) o Can reuse DSX hardware o New LCN 4011 Closer o New Weather strips o New Sweeps o New Drip Caps o All doors to be rekeyed to existing key set o Schlage L9080 Storeroom Mortise Locksets o Contractor must confir o Door with window must be replaced with a door w a window o Doors are to be painted (Primed and painted with grey matching exterior paint) o All framing and threshold must be sealed with a silicone caulk o To include bottom sweeps, no air/weather gaps o Include all equipment and rentals. o Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. o Dumpster onsite o Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Township project manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction.
