Design, furnish, and install an Audio-Visual Real Time Information Center. SCOPE OF WORK Design, furnish and install an audio-visual system including televisions, mounting equipment, multiview processor, wiring and all hardware equipment to meet the required coverage of two separate workstations (Canton Township provided) within the Real Time Information Center (RTIC). The proposed design shall provide and allow for the system to grow and expand with future installations, if we choose. Provide a Project Manager(s) who will act as the point of contact for all activities regarding the project. The proposed solution shall not need the requirement of being on Canton Townships internal network. Install all power cabling required for televisions and computer workstations. Label all cables with purpose and location on each end of cable. The Vendor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, and all other associated equipment necessary to complete installation, test, and turnover for acceptance by Canton Public Safety. Provide as-built drawings showing logical system design and cable diagrams for future facility reference. Leave the work site clean after each day of work.
