Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance repairs of unpaved roads by delivering a minimum of 16,100 tons of TDOT 903-specification crusher run limestone aggregate ( 3/4 -inch down to fines) or an NPS-approved equivalent. Aggregate shall be tailgate-spread in a uniform and continuous manner across the full width of travel along each designated road segment unless otherwise directed by the COR. Spot dumping, segregation, or uneven distribution is not permitted. Aggregate shall be placed to achieve a uniform average lift of three inches with an allowable tolerance of plus or minus one-half inch. The contractor shall use hauling equipment capable of safely accessing all roadways and is solely responsible for selecting appropriate equipment and ensuring safe passage without resource damage. Most roads have approximate clearances of ten feet in width and twelve feet in height; however, Duncan Hollow Road, Alfred Smith Road, Jack Ridge Road, and Big Island Road include tighter segments with minimum clearances of nine feet in width and eleven feet in height. The contractor must provide all traffic control necessary to safely deliver materials, including managing encounters with public vehicles on narrow roads. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions must be submitted by May 20, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Questions submitted after this time may NOT be considered. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days.
