The Borough of Cressona is seeking proposals from qualified consulting teams to complete a feasibility study for the renovation and improvement of the Borough's existing outdoor pool. The study will evaluate the current condition of the facility, community and market demand, renovation and modernization options, broader recreation-complex opportunities, estimated costs, operational and funding considerations, and phased implementation strategies. The study is intended to support decisions regarding the long-term future of this community and regional recreational asset. Proposals will be evaluated on demonstrated competence, qualifications, project approach, and value, rather than just cost. All written questions must be submitted by May 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. A consolidated question-and-answer document and any addenda will be posted publicly by May 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, request clarifications, and negotiate with one or more firms as necessary.
