Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Bryan for the project known as “2026 Pavement Marking Program.” Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested, a notarized non-collusion clause, and a Bid Guaranty in the form of either: a bond for the full amount of the bid, a bond for 10% of the bid amount, or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid. All bid guaranties must be payable to the City of Bryan and all bonds must be issued by a surety company authorized in Ohio. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. The successful bidder must pay prevailing wage rates and comply with state and federal drug-free workplace laws. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “2026 Pavement Marking Program,” and addressed as specified. The Council of the City of Bryan reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Bid sheets, plans, and specifications may be examined or obtained from the City of Bryan Engineering Office. All bidders must obtain original plans and specifications from the City and submit bids on original complete bid books.
