27 APR 2026: SITE VISIT HAS BEEN CANCELLED The work consists of sealing an approximately 380-foot-deep disused water well. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, instruments, and materials required to properly seal the well in accordance with Illinois Administrative Code Title 77, Chapter I, Section 920.120. The scope includes completing all required documentation and reporting to the Rock Island County Public Health Department and paying all applicable fees associated with the well sealing activities. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
