Metals, Rough Carpentry & Sheathing, Timber Truss and Glue Lam Reinforement, Finish Carpentry, Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Wall Coverings, Thermal Insulation, Asphaltic Built Up Roofing, PVC Membrane Roofing, Roof Accessories, Sheetmetal and Flashings, Roof Drains and Down Spouts, Metal Doors, Frames, Wood Doors & Hardware, Gypsum Board Wall & Ceilings, Acoustic Glue Up Ceiling Tiles, Resilient Flooring and Tile, Painting & Coating, Toilet & Bath Accessories, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Concrete and Rebar. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is permitted) to Adroit Construction and CC ZCS & Owners Representative no later than April 22, 2026.
