This will include a new retaining wall, expanded fence line, and expanded ground grid per the attached plans. A bid alternate is also being included to expand the existing storage yard at the Electric Operations Building at 1660 Devereux Road, directly adjacent to the substation site. All work is to be performed in accordance with the attached drawings, specs and any pertinent City or State standards.
