Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Implement a dust control plot on a portion of the Bombay Beach Playa at eastern shore of the Salton Sea. Requested services include the following: Procure and install site access control features Construct stormwater management features Construct surface water catchment features Procure, install and commission an irrigation system. Seedbed preparation and seeding Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements Only persons or firms possessing current, valid type "A" California Contractor's License and a "C-10", "C-61"/ "D-21" and a "C-34" will be considered for this work. Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal.
