The work consists of installing approximately 1,340 feet of new water main piping, including gate valves, fire hydrants, appurtenances, water service laterals, and water meters and boxes within the Sunnyside Estates Maintenance District. Additionally, a new water supply interconnection with the City of Lodi will be constructed. Bidders must submit bids electronically using Bid Express and possess a Class A license and a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number at the time the contract is awarded. Bid security of 10% is required, and payment as well as performance bonds each at 100% of contract value are required from the successful bidder. All bidders must submit the Local Hire Information Form and Checklist. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and compliance monitoring by the Department of Industrial Relations. Only one bid per bidder will be accepted, and bids are required for the entire work described.
