The City of Raleigh is seeking qualified firms for professional engineering services for the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) Expansion. The work includes providing a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and preliminary design for the expansion of the facility up to 4.99 MGD. The PER and preliminary design will also address a new discharge location at Moccasin Creek. If speculative limits are obtained, the firm will assist with additional NPDES permitting, completion of detailed design, and bidding and construction phase services.
