Site work for a museum in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a museum.
Work includes the replacement of two commercial backflow prevention assemblies and the installation of heated enclosures to provide freeze protection. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary to remove existing assemblies and install new backflow preventers in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Work is anticipated to begin in Summer 2026 and will be performed as a construction effort consistent with the stated magnitude of construction. Location: Fort Smith National Historic Site, 301 Parker Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72901. The Magnitude of Construction anticipated is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor questions regarding this solicitation will be accepted in writing by email to: bridget_parizek@ios.doi.gov.
