The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Program is requesting proposals for construction of the Lookingglass Fish Habitat Restoration Project in Northeast Oregon's Grande Ronde River Basin. Project objectives include restoring hydrologic and geomorphic processes, floodplain connectivity, habitat complexity and riparian-wetland habitat to support spring Chinook salmon, summer steelhead, bull trout, other native fish and wildlife resources, and wetland/riparian plant communities.
