Water Reclamation Facility Digester Building Roof Replacement Project The project includes the replacement of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system on the North and South sections of the digester building at the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The Project Manager for this project is: Oliver Murray. Any questions regarding this ITB should be submitted to the Issuing Officer via the City's Portal. The Project consists of construction of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Digester Building Roof Replacement. The work includes removal of the existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system of the North and South sections of the Digester building, re-sloping the roof to improve drainage, installation of a new TPO membrane roof, and removal and reinstallation of an existing catwalk assembly. The project also requires selective removal and retention of certain existing roof copings. All work must be completed in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable City standards.
