The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 17,459 square feet of TPO roofing and installation of a new warranted roofing system, with work to be completed while the facility remains operational. The RFP also includes additive alternates for additional improvements. Award will be made based on best value considering experience, project approach, and total cost.
