Install a new 4" and 8" ductile iron waterline and abandon an existing 4" cast iron waterline in a residential area of Hillsboro, Oregon. This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform and complete all work as described in these specifications and as shown on the plans. Work includes connection to existing 8" DI waterline at SE 8th Ave and SE Hollow St. Work includes approximately 545 linear feet of 8" zinc coated ductile iron waterline and 150 linear feet of 4" zinc coated ductile iron waterline. Work also includes trench excavation and backfill, installation of valves, fittings, blow off, air release valve, hydrant, replacement of water service lines, meter boxes and lids, surface restoration, etc. to perform and complete all project work.
