The City requests proposals for a 3-year agreement to place soda vending machines at Gordon Paquette Arena, North Beach Campground, The Robert Miller Community Center, and possibly some outdoor spaces during the summer and early fall. The vendor shall obtain and maintain all necessary business, food service, and other required licenses, permits, and certificates. The vendor is responsible for all commodities, equipment, vending machines, food, beverages, supplies, and cash, including the risk of loss due to theft, vandalism, fire, casualty, or other causes while on City premises. The vendor must meet insurance requirements, naming the City as an additional insured on a primary and noncontributory basis. The City will not be responsible for any loss, including potential profits, to the vendor due to temporary suspension of operations for any reason, such as equipment failures, power failures, weather conditions, or facility closures. The vendor should understand that some facilities are seasonal and revenue from certain machines may be cyclical. No warranties or guarantees are provided by the City regarding revenue.
