The work includes providing commercial window shade purchase, replacement, repair, and installation services at the Convention Center and other venues owned, managed, and/or controlled by Events DC. The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services. The Contractor is responsible for inspecting existing conditions, recommending and providing replacements as needed, ensuring color uniformity, installing shades with specific materials and components, and performing repairs as requested. All work must comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and manufacturer specifications, and must be conducted under the direction of Events DC's designated on-site representative. The Contractor must develop and implement an on-site safety plan, coordinate work schedules with Events DC, and guarantee workmanship and materials for specified periods. The Contractor must also meet specific experience, certification, licensing, and reference requirements, and adhere to all submission instructions as outlined for bidders, including providing documentation, references, and completed forms as specified in the solicitation.
