Henderson County requests proposals for a turnkey project for the 2026 Henderson County Public Schools paving, repairs, and restriping project. Work is located at various schools across the county, including Apple Valley Middle School, North Henderson High School, and Rugby Middle School. The project includes all labor, materials, supervision, and disposal fees. All work is to be completed by July 31, 2026. Location of Work: Apple Valley Middle School 43 Fruitland Rd Hendersonville, NC 28792 North Henderson High School 35 Fruitland Rd Hendersonville, NC 28792 Rugby Middle School 3345 Haywood Road, Hendersonville, NC 28791 Scope of Work: 1. Furnish the necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to complete the required work as outlined in the "Detailed Scope of Work" and as listed on the drawings provided, plus the special conditions and per the pre-bid meeting directions/instructions. 2. Restore all disturbed areas affected by the work and remove trash daily 3. Work schedule limitations to be directed per site, to adhere to the cohesiveness of Henderson County Parks and Recreation schedule and events. 4. A sales tax report will be required for the awarded bidder for each pay application/invoice.
