Description

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Benton, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 768-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and 768-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

Polk County Government is accepting sealed bids for a 16'X48' metal building at the Polk County Justice Center. The scope of work includes: 10' walls with OSB and Tyvek House Wrap, 2" X 6" rafters with foil on roof under tin and zip on roof ridge, enclosed eaves with soffit, a rat guard on the outer perimeter of the building, one 8' X 7' rollup metal door on one end, four 32" X 36" windows, and one solid entry door on one side.
