Separate sealed bids are requested for 2025 BOND PHASE 1 work at the following schools: Lido School, West Elementary School, East Elementary School, and Lindell Elementary School. The work consists of five contracts: Site Reconstruction, General Construction, Plumbing Reconstruction, HVAC Reconstruction, and Electrical Reconstruction. Bids must be submitted in sealed, clearly marked envelopes and include bid security not less than 10% of the base and all alternate bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with the School District reserving the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, and advertise for new proposals if it is in the best interest of the School District.
