Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the J.K. Haynes School of Nursing Renovation and Addition at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bids must be directed to the Office of Facility Planning and Control. Bidders must be licensed for Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. All bids must include bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, using the form of security stated in the Instructions to Bidders in the Bid Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidding and contract process must comply with all provisions and requirements of Louisiana state law, as specified in the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Participation in Small Entrepreneurship (SE) and Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships programs is encouraged.
