Separate sealed bids are invited for Contract "A" - Sewer Treatment Facility Improvements and Contract "B" - Reconstruction of South Access Road. Bidders must obtain contract documents, including specifications and drawings, from Volkert, Inc. upon payment of a $50 deposit per paper set or request an electronic PDF set. The first set of documents for prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents within ten days after the bid receipt date; for other sets, the actual cost of reproduction will be deducted from the refund.
