The building will undergo a complete refurbishment of the interior spaces, an extension of the septic tank to double its capacity, and a renovation of the plant room. The Contractor must provide all labour, tools, equipment, materials, waste management, and all related tasks required for the complete execution of the works. The works must be carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the appointed professionals, as well as the specifications of this tender document and its annexes. Delivery schedule The deadline for completion of the contract is 17 September 2027.
