Hauling and spreading of approximately 20,000 tonnes (+/-) of road gravel to complete the 2026 municipal road maintenance program. The work covers two quarries, with the following requirements: - From the RM Pit at N.E. 14-61-21-W3: haul and spread approximately 10,000 tonnes (+/-) from stockpile. The hauler is responsible for supplying personnel, equipment, and scale for all loading. - From the RM Pit at N.E. 21-61-25-W3: haul and spread approximately 20,000 tonnes (+/-) from stockpile. The hauler is responsible for supplying personnel, equipment, and scale for all loading. Contractors must provide a quote assuming the municipality supplies personnel for gravel checking. Contractors must also provide a Clearance Certificate from Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board and a Certificate of Insurance for two million dollars in liability insurance. The contractor shall provide all labour and equipment required. Bids must be based on legal road weights. A minimum of six trucks is required, and the municipality reserves the right to stop daily hauling operations when three or fewer trucks are available.
