Site work, paving and new construction of a water / sewer project in Huetter, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of constructing a 1.0 MG water storage tank, concrete foundation and retaining wall, 8-inch and 16-inch site piping installation including valving, surface repair, and other associated work. The project will also include the construction of a paved access road and a new bike trail to connect to the existing trail network on neighboring property. Sealed bids from contractors will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Coeur d'Alene. All bids must be presented in a sealed envelope marked on the outside "Northeast Water Tank Bid." Bids must contain bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable by either cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond executed by a qualified Idaho Surety Company. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for thirty-five days after bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Questions received before 16th May 2026 may not be answered.
