Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
BSB Department of Public Works has hired Water & Environmental Technologies to develop a design for concrete work on Missoula Avenue in Butte, Montana. The project consists of constructing concrete curb and gutter, valley gutter, stormwater infrastructure, and asphalt patching. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling 1-406-444-7734. All operators, laborers, drivers, and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Butte-Silver Bow and the State of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing by 5:00 P.M. local time on April 29, 2026.
