Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking qualified professional consulting services to update the Union Park Master Plan. The updated plan will guide future parks and recreation services, facilities, and capital improvements based on demographic trends, public input, and evaluation of existing assets. The Boone County Parks and Recreation Department owns and/or leases 32 parks and recreation sites totaling approximately 1,918 acres. The selected consultant will provide strategic direction regarding the operation and maintenance of existing assets, as well as recommendations for future park development and facility expansion. The County will provide base mapping for each park site and a county-wide map in digital ArcGIS format. A Master Plan Advisory Committee will be established to work with the consultant and review project progress throughout the planning process. Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
