The Boone County Fiscal Court requests bids electronically from qualified vendors and contractors to provide the following services: concrete pavement replacement, joint/crack sealing, guardrail, centerline striping, and right-of-way mowing for the fiscal year 2027. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, June 5, 2026. Late, hand delivered (paper), emailed, or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online at the specified time. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, negotiate for the modification of any bid, or accept the bid deemed most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value, service, and concept of operations, even if it is not the lowest or best price. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
