Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project is for safety improvements along various County Roads, including Camp Ernst Road, Hicks Pike, Litton Lane, Longbranch Road, and Rogers Lane. The scope includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Bids must be submitted electronically; late, hand-delivered, emailed, or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of the base bid. The awarded contractor must furnish a surety bond equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount. Bidders must include the full names of all parties involved and be pre-qualified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The successful bidder must have a current Occupational License in Boone County. The project is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements. Boone County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to select the bid deemed most desirable and advantageous. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled bid receipt time. WBE/MBE firms are encouraged to respond. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this bid package must be submitted electronically.
