The Consultant shall provide professional services necessary to accomplish the work as described in the PDR and shall, at its cost, furnish all necessary competent personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The Consultant shall be fully responsible for all operations of its subconsultants, and the consequences of those operations. The Consultant shall be aware at all times of the subconsultants' location, schedule and intended operations. Any employee of the Consultant engaged in the services under this Program, including those on subcontracts, found to be unsatisfactory to the City, shall be replaced by an employee satisfactory to the City. The scope of services follows; however, Proposers are encouraged to suggest deletions or additions within their Understanding of the Project if they believe changes will better meet the objectives of the Project. The project seeks proposals for Professional Engineering Services to provide design services for improvements or replacements to the first package of 10 smaller pump stations as part of the Division of Water Reclamation Improvement Program. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified online platform. Bid prices must be to two decimal places, and only one price per line item will be accepted. Required documents to be submitted with each bid include: Letter of Transmittal; Project Paperwork (including Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Conditions and Contract Specifications, Living Wage Contract Addendum, and Primary/Subcontractor Agreement Certificate); Professional Services Agreement; and, if not previously provided, City Paperwork (Vendor Registration Form, Business Tax Registration Form, Child Support Affidavit, and Vendor Utility form). Annual Paperwork required includes W-9, Insurance Certificate naming the City as an additional insurer, EEO Compliance, Debarment Certification, Living Wage Affidavit, and Bureau of Workers Compensation Certificate.
