The Consultant shall provide professional services necessary to accomplish the work as described in the PDR and shall, at its cost, furnish all necessary competent personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The Consultant shall be fully responsible for all operations of its subconsultants, and the consequences of those operations. The Consultant shall be aware at all times of the subconsultants' location, schedule and intended operations.
