CONTRACT 26-0103 consists of embankment repair at MW03 and ditching along Gabourie Road, Riceville Road, in Riceville, Madawaska County. Riceville Road and Gabourie Road, Riceville, Madawaska County, New Brunswick Bids will only be accepted by electronic transmission to highwaysprocurement@snb.ca. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person and must be legible, properly completed, and contain the proper solicitation number. The proponent is responsible for ensuring bid submission in its entirety is received before the closing date and time. All bids must be in Canadian funds and must not include sales taxes. All tenders must be delivery duty paid (DDP), per Incoterms 2020 DDP. Bid security may be provided as a bid bond ($20,000), certified cheque, bank draft, money order, or irrevocable letter of credit ($40,000 each). The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance or accept/reject any or all bids.
