Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nordegg, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,440-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project consists of the design and construction of a new office building to be used as a terminal building for the Rocky Mountain House Airport. The building is located at 401041, RR 7-2, Clearwater County, AB. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the work including, but not limited to: Base Preparation Foundation including water mitigation measures Construction of the 24’ X 60’ office building Construction of a 12’ x 20’ concrete patio The building is to include a single office of at least 10x10, 2 separate accessible unisex washrooms, a mechanical room and a kitchenette. Concrete connecting the front door to the existing sidewalk (Approximately 15’) Finish grading The building is expected to have a 50+ year lifespan.
