Reference Number 0000421893 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2575.C18543551 Piggyback Contract No The Brownstown Fire Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation of a complete kitchen grease hood exhaust fan system at two separate fire station locations. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, materials, tools, supervision, permits, licenses, insurance, and any other necessary resources to deliver a fully operational system. A "complete" installation includes, but is not limited to, new roof curbs, all new ductwork, and the demolition and removal of the existing systems. The awarded vendor must submit a Certificate of Insurance and a completed W-9 form. The Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to reject any quotes received, make minor modifications to the scope, and negotiate terms as needed. If the selected vendor fails to complete the project within the agreed timeframe, the Department reserves the right to award the work to another vendor.
