Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Structural repairs to the sludge storage tank, including confined space entry for concrete repair and construction of new retaining walls. The Owner, the South Huron Valley Utility Authority, is requesting bids for structural repairs to the existing Haag Tank (sludge storage tank) on the west side of the wastewater treatment plant property. In general , the work consists of confined space entry into multiple cells of the sludge storage tank to repair the concrete from inside the tank. This project also includes construction of new retaining walls which will require working within a Wayne County drain easement. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount). Bidder questions are due, via email, to Nathaniel Coffin, by Wednesday, September 23 , 2026 at 5:00 p.m ET. Any additional questions may be emailed to HRC as noted on the Advertisement, which is ncoffin@hrcengr.com. Questions will be answered via Addendum.
